This policy explains what information we collect when you visit avexpression.com or ask us for a quote, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use our quote form, your email app opens with a message that contains what you typed: your name, your phone number or email, the type of event, the event date and a description of your project. The form does not store that information on our website. We receive it only when you send the email, or if you call or write to us directly.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our analytics tools collect technical and usage data such as your approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, pages viewed, time on site and the page that referred you. We use two tools for this:
- Google Analytics (Google LLC), which uses cookies to measure how the site is used.
- Jetpack Stats (Automattic Inc.), which counts visits and page views.
Other services that load on our pages. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and images from our hosting provider’s content network. These services receive your IP address and browser information so they can deliver the content. The site also links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook; if you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.
How we use information
- To reply to your quote requests and plan your event.
- To understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site (our web host, Bluehost, and the analytics providers above), and when the law requires it. Those providers may process data on their own servers, including outside Texas or the United States.
Cookies
When you first visit, a notice asks you to accept or decline analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets its cookies only after you accept; if you decline, it does not set them. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change your cookie choice at any time. Analytics tools set cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not stop the site from working.
How long we keep it
We keep quote-request emails for as long as needed to complete the project and for our business records, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to the settings of each analytics provider.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to avexpression@mail.com or call (210) 748-6610 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for event clients and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
